The Batchflow® SBR Technology is an advanced form of Sequencing Batch Reactor. It is mostly used in wastewater treatment plants, where all wastewater treatment happens in only one tank with a time-based sequencing process and multiple continuous flow units. During this treatment process, wastewater is treated in batches, such as fill, react, settle, and decant in a proprietary Batchflow® process. At Adroit, our optimized SBR technology delivers you treatment efficiency, automation, and operational flexibility for every municipal and industrial application.
How does the Batchflow® SBR Technology work in a 4-phase process?
The batchflow SBR technology works in a time-based process in a single tank, which makes it easy to operate and highly efficient. This all treatment process works well in four well-controlled phases.
In simple terms, our adroit bathcflow SBR technology works with a smart automated system that fills, treats, settles, and discharges all in one tank and delivering high quality treating water.
Batchflow® SBR technology is a technological solution based on integrated systems for aerobic biological treatment of waste/effluent water. It is fully automated and includes a completely integrated process design consisting of the aeration, settling, decanting in a single treatment tank.
Batchflow SBR technology is operated in several consecutive phases: all in one reactor

Our Adroit’s Batchflow® SBR mechanism is especially designed to provide you with cost-effective, high-performance, simplicity, automation, and long-term reliability. Here are some reasons why our bathflow system preferred choice of modern STPs and ETPs:
When air enters the tank, it breaks down the microorganisms or organic pollutions and cleans the water.
Our adroit Batchflow® SBR Technology system easily removes up to 85–95%.
Yes, these four process done in a single tank; the system fills, reacts, settles, and decants automatically.
Yes, we provide eco-friendly water cleaning solutions, with less energy, minimizing sludge and water that meet environmental standards for safe discharge.
